-In completing the fourth PEP, I reflected at the end of each week to evaluate my learning and teaching of that particular week. The week three reflection had the focus of managing children's behaviour, as I was faced with dealing with children who were disruptive and disturbing in the classroom. I listed the different strategies that were used in order to deal with this challenging behaviour.

-This is an anti-bullying resource that is able to be implemented as a whole school approach and/or in the classroom. It demonstrates the need to make sure that all students have an understanding of the effect of bullying, and why it is important to have a strong emphasis of anti-bullying within the school to ensure all students are safe in their learning environment.
